Summer Camp Payment and Cancellation Policy 2010

Payment Method
Please make check payable to Coast Mountain Snowboard Camps Ltd. or pay by credit card (Mastercard or VISA). 12% HST Tax must be added to camp prices. Part of this tax may be refunded to non-Canadians (campers must apply for refund). Information on this process is http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/bsnss/tpcs/gst-tps/rbts/vstrs/trprtr/nnrs/menu-eng.html . Space reservation for EACH camp/week requires a $500 CDN deposit. Credit card payments are processed in our Whistler Office and are not processed online. Confirmation will be sent to you when payment is confirmed. The exchange from US dollars is done automatically if you use a credit card.

Final payment:

Summer Camps: Final payment less deposit is due before May 1, 2010.

Summer Camp Cancellation Policy (Applies to EACH individual camp/week booked)

1) If you cancel in writing prior to May 1, 2010, $250 CDN is non-refundable.

2) If you cancel in writing after May 1, 2010  and up to the day prior to camp start date, $500 CDN is non-refundable.

3) Sorry - no refunds after the camp start date for any reason (please note that if a camper is sent home for unacceptable behaviour, or is injured and not able to snowboard for the remainder of their session, we can not offer a refund)
