Group and Club Sales Program 2009

Here is a one of a kind opportunity to bring your ski or snowboard club or group to Whistler for the summer!  You can use our private world class on-hill facility yet still create your own camp and maximize the profit for the club.  

Why bring your group or club?

You get access to our world-class facility with one of the largest private parks on the glacier and arguably the best summer half-pipe in North America, for an affordable group price. Our park is the longest on the glacier and easily accessible from the T-bar. Experience North America’s #1 summer camp destination, Whistler Canada.  If you want, we can also organize accommodation, meals, and a huge range of off-hill activities including wakeboarding, paintball, bungee jumping, mountain biking, golf, rock climbing, trampoline training and off course relaxing by the pool and hot tubs.

Programs and Prices

1) Build your own budget camp with our Pro Pass:

This Pro Pass product give you access to our world class on-hill facility and a lift ticket to get there. To keep your cost down, nothing else is included. It’s a daily rate so you can do it for as many days as you like during our summer operation.  The cost is $110 per day per participant and sales tax is added to all prices. Minimum numbers are required.

2) The Full Camp:

If you are interested in getting coaching, accommodation, food, and supervision when the athletes get off the hill, you will like our full camp.  To keep your program continuity we can hire your coaches to coach your athletes.  This is available during our regular summer camp weeks. We can offer you 10% off our regular prices as long as you have a group of  6 or more. See our website for details. Contact us for the discounts to sign up multiple campers.

3) Custom Program:

We can also work out a custom program.  Please contact us to work out the details. We can add a variety of options such as:

1.Super on-hill BBQ buffet  with killer sound system.

2. Accommodation, activities, and full meals.

3. Team building activities like paintball and mountain biking.

How to Sign up?

1. Click on the Group Registration link above and fill out and submit the registration form.

2. Provide payment. Deposit due on registration. Full balance after May 1, 2009

2. Fill out a Waiver and  Medical Release (see links above) for each one of your campers.
